The Crown CM-31S60 is a professional quality, supercardioid condenser microphone designed for inconspicuous miking of a choir, orchestra or stage. It can also hang over conference tables or discussion groups for inconspicuous isolated miking. And because of its supercardioid pickup pattern, the CM-31S60 rejects background noise and room reverberation, improving gain-before-feedback more than a cardioid mic. The CM-31S60 consists of two parts: the microphone with a permanently attached 60-foot cable and the cylindrical electronics power module. The mic cable connects to the power module which adapts the mic for phantom powering. Identical to the CM-31 but with a 60 foot cable. Adaptable to stands and booms with the Crown CM-30SA.
